Title : Leadernship Mastering the Art of Learning to Lead

Abstract:

Today's staffing crisis means it is more important than ever to have capable leaders in the mental health field. We know that people don't leave companies – they leave people. We will inspire mental health professionals and leaders to learn to be the type of leaders that people want to follow. We will discuss how leaders can focus on learning with Intent, Impact and Influence.

          Leadership and learning are both on-going journeys. This program will encourage participants to be deliberate about intertwining their learning and leadership experiences. Supervisors, leaders and those looking to become leaders will walk away with tangible steps to grow themselves and their teams.

Biography:

Molly received her undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. In the fall of 2021, she earned her Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD) designation from the Association of Talent Development. She has a passion for business, strategy, leadership and learning. Molly has over 15 year of business and speaking experience. She has taught business classes at a collegiate level since 2009.
