Joanne Weinschreider

Biography:

Joanne Weinschreider, MS, RN, is the Director of Experiential Learning at Saint John Fisher College and a PhD Candidate at the University at Buffalo. She has designed and continues to design the WSON simulation and lab program to enrich the learning experiences of undergraduate and graduate nursing students. In 2016, she received the Pinnacle Award for Collaboration in Education from Laerdal Medical Corporation for developing a simulation program of excellence. Prior to working at SJFC, she was a Perinatal Safety Nurse (2007-2010) and a Labor and Delivery Acute Care Nurse (2001-2007) at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
