Biography:
Primary Investigator:Dr. Angela Keith is a tenured track faculty member at Kennesaw State University (KSU). She has taught advanced undergraduate and graduate nursing courses for since 2021. She has more than 30 years of advanced clinical experience primarily in critical care. Her scholarly interests include the nursing workforce crisis, recruitment and retention, and pipeline-to-practice initiatives. Other research and practice focus include critical thinking and competency-based nursing education. Her most recent focus was on critical thinking in online learning environments. This current work is focused on using artificial intelligence to support nursing faculty, particularly in reducing grading workload while maintaining academic rigor.
