Angelica Tobias is an experienced cardiovascular and critical care nurse with over 20 years of clinical and leadership expertise. Currently an ECMO Specialist at BSW The Heart Hospital Plano, she specializes in high-acuity patient management, team mentorship, and evidence- based practice initiatives. Angelica has served in multiple leadership roles, including charge nurse, nurse educator, house supervisor, and committee chair, promoting professional development and patient safety across the BSW Health system. A recognized speaker and educator, she shares insights on advanced cardiac care, ECMO, and post-surgical resuscitation at regional conferences. Angelica holds an MSN in Nursing Management & Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas Grantham and maintains CCRN, CMC, CSC, and CES-A.
