Biography:
Elizabeth Garcia, MSN, RN, CRRN, NEA-BC, CLSSWB is a Clinical Nurse Manager at TIRR Memorial Hermann, leading the Spinal Cord Injury Unit. She earned her MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and her BSN from Texas Woman’s University. Since joining TIRR in 2017, she has advanced into leadership roles focused on team development and patient outcomes. Elizabeth has chaired multiple committees supporting safe staffing, professional development, and workforce engagement. She is passionate about advancing evidence-based practice, improving bowel and bladder training, supporting patient safety, and empowering staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in inpatient rehabilitation.
