Biography:
Emily Spenski, MSN, RN, CNE, CNL is a nurse educator, academic leader, and doctoral student with more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, nursing education, and leadership. Her background includes medical-surgical nursing, orthopedics, labor and delivery, acute rehabilitation, simulation, and curriculum development. She currently serves in nursing leadership at the University of New Hampshire and is pursuing an EdD focused on competency assessment in group-based nursing simulation. Her work centers on innovative, scalable approaches to nursing education, leadership development, and preparing practice-ready graduates.
