Biography:

Emma Gitomer is a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Development Leader with extensive experience in critical care. She has helped shape the next generation of skilled nurses in specialized fields as the lead instructor for a residency program introducing LVNs to the surgical liver ICU and an instructor for the cardiac and respiratory devices Impella, Centrimag, Spectrum, and venovenous and venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Her expertise spans across advanced life support (CSU-ALS) training and simulation-based learning, where she is both an instructor and facilitator with high-fidelity manikins.
