Eugenia T. Powell, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, FADLN, is a healthcare executive with 40+ years of leadership experience. As President of Woodmore Healthcare Consulting Group, she advances quality, equity, and culturally responsive care. A former Health System VP, COO, and Chief Quality Officer, she has led high-performing organizations and improved patient outcomes. An ANCC Magnet appraiser, she upholds national and global standards of excellence. Dr. Powell is a mentor, national reviewer, and VP of the Black Nurse Collaborative. She holds multiple degrees and certifications and serves on key advisory boards, demonstrating sustained impact on healthcare leadership and quality.
