Feliciana A. Jimenez, BSN, RN, CCRN serves as a critical care nurse and leader with five years of dedicated experience in high-acuity intensive care. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Mercer County Community College in 2020 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Rutgers University in 2022. She is driven by clinical excellence and a deep respect for the complexity of critical illness. She takes pride in managing unstable patients, anticipating complications, and remaining calm and decisive in high-pressure situations. She values teamwork, accountability, and creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported and safe.
