Biography:
Ivan A. G. Logarta is a critical care nursing leader with over two decades of clinical leadership experience. He earned his Associate’s Degree from Mercer County Community College in 2004 and later obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Walden University in the Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program to further advance his healthcare expertise. He has been certified in critical care (CCRN) for the past 10 years, demonstrating sustained expertise in managing high-acuity patient populations and a strong commitment to excellence in critical care practice. Since 2005, he has been a dedicated member of RWJ Hamilton, where he began his career as an ICU staff nurse. He later advanced to the role of Clinical Coordinator and was recently promoted to Director of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). In his current role, he leads critical care operations with a focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development.
