Biography:
Jasmine Ornelas, BSN, RN, is a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac progressive care and telemetry nursing at DHR Health, a Level I Trauma Center in South Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has a strong interest in quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient safety, and evidence based practice. Jasmine has been actively involved in initiatives focused on improving care coordination, discharge efficiency, communication among healthcare professionals, and patient centered transitions of care to enhance outcomes across acute care settings.
