Biography:
Dr. Kanika Jain is an Assistant Professor at AIIMS New Delhi with extensive experience in hospital administration, quality improvement, and public health systems. An ISQUA Fellow and certified IHI Improvement Coach, she has contributed to major infrastructure planning and operational strengthening at AIIMS. She is also a JCI consultant for the Patient Safety Pathways Initiative and an External Assessor for NQAS and NABH standards. With numerous publications and book chapters, her professional interests include patient safety, health economics, procurement of medical devices and drugs, and systems improvement.
