Biography:
Kim Priban, DNP, MBA, RN serves as the Quality and Research Nursing Coordinator for the Adult and Pediatric Burn Institute at Akron Children’s Hospital. With a clinical background in nursing and more than 15 years of executive and operational leadership experience, she leads multidisciplinary quality improvement initiatives, research protocols, and evidence-based practice implementation. Dr. Priban specializes in study design, IRB oversight, and outcomes-driven performance improvement, partnering closely with clinical teams to implement evidence-based strategies that improve patient outcomes across diverse clinical and administrative settings. Her work includes clinical research, system-level quality programs, and national conference dissemination.
