Biography:
Laura Hall is an emergency department nurse, wilderness medicine practitioner, and the creator of the Shift Strong Collective, a resilience-based training program for nurses. Blending clinical experience with responder-health principles drawn from search and rescue, she specializes in translating stress physiology and mental performance science into practical tools for healthcare providers. Laura is currently completing her BSN at Colorado Mesa University and serves as a candidate for a Fellowship in Academy of Wilderness Medicine. Her work focuses on early stress identification, nurse wellbeing, and empowering healthcare professionals to thrive both at work and in the outdoors.
