Biography:
Mary Hawes, MSN, MBA, RN is the Director of Nursing for Psychiatry at Children’s Health, bringing over 30 years of nursing experience and executive leadership in pediatric behavioral health. A psychiatric nurse by background, she has dedicated 18 years to advancing care for pediatric eating disorder populations. Mary leads strategic initiatives focused on multidisciplinary care models, early intervention, and improving outcomes for high-acuity patients. Previously, she served as Clinical Manager for the Center for Pediatric Eating Disorders at Children’s Medical Center Plano, driving program development and care transformation. She holds an MSN from Chamberlain University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
