Biography:
Michelle Zuercher, MSN, RN, CNE, is a nurse educator and clinician with over a decade of experience across the healthcare continuum. Since 2014, she has served in diverse clinical roles, including medical-surgical, intensive care, infectious disease, and community health. For over five years, she has served as a faculty member at Cumberland University, where she also earned her MSN in Executive Leadership and Management. Michelle holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing a DNP in Innovation and Leadership at Belmont University, focusing on transformative strategies in nursing education.
