Biography:
Miranda Squire MSN RN-BC is a charge nurse for the float pool department at Medical Center of the Rockies for UCHealth and has been a nurse for 7 years. She has her Master's in Nursing Leadership and is board certified for Medical-Surgical Nursing through ANCC. Her passion is staff safety and advocacy for safe work environments from violence and aggression by patients and visitors. She is also a champion of evidence-based practice and nursing research. The research that will be presented in this conference relates to staff safety through a qualitative research study.
