Biography:
Rachel Cascone, MSN, RN, IBCLC, NPD-BC has served Northwell Health for 25 years, beginning as a NICU RN and Lactation RN Specialist. Since 2017, she has been the Clinical Program Manager at North Shore University Hospital and Cohen Children’s Medical Center at North Shore, overseeing operations, education, and quality for the lactation service as well as and a team of IBCLCs providing over 10,000 annual consultations. Rachel teaches and presents at local and national conferences, supports lactation research, and contributes to policy and education in lactation management.
