Biography:
Rebecca Chinonso BSN, RN, is a registered nurse with 17 years of experience in perioperative nursing, leadership, and progressive care. She currently practices as a Progressive Care RN at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Waxahachie, where she serves in charge nurse roles and mentors new nurses. Her leadership experience includes serving as an operating room manager. She earned her BSN from Grand Canyon University and will graduate with her DNP from Walden University in August 2026. Her professional interests include evidence-based practice, nursing education, professional development, supportive practice environments, new-graduate transition, nurse retention, and workforce resilience.
