Biography:
Samah is a distinguished nursing leader with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, education, and senior nursing administration. She serves as the Deputy Director of Nursing at King Abdul Aziz University Hospital – KSUMC, where she advances quality, patient‑centred care, and professional development. She holds a Master’s in Nursing Administration and is certified as a CPHQ and Six Sigma Black Belt. An active contributor to key institutional committees, she has led major improvement initiatives and presented at national and international platforms, including GIN 2025.
