Biography:
She moved to Los Angeles from Uzbekistan as a teenager and quickly found her passion for nursing, driven by the desire to help people. Over the past 17 years, She worked in various settings including med-surg, ER, and perioperative units. After earning her RN and later her CNS master's degree, She became deeply involved in leadership roles and committees. Her most meaningful project has been working on healthcare sustainability, focusing on waste reduction, which she believe is critical to improving public health long-term.
