Designed for both faculty and hospital stakeholders, this poster/session showcases how faculty practice can elevate care delivery, support workforce development, and generate institutional value.

Biography:

Dr. Jennifer Couvillon, PhD, RN-BC, CNE, FAAN, is a distinguished executive leader bridging health systems, academia, and workforce development. Currently the Associate Dean at LSU Health Sciences Center School of Nursing, she previously held pivotal roles at Chamberlain University and Ochsner Health. She specializes in scaling academic practice partnerships. She designed the "Called to Care" and "Heart of Health Care" tuition for service models, producing 1,200+ graduate nurses and slashing regional turnover rates. A FAAN (Class of 2026), she is a Louisiana State Board of Nursing gubernatorial appointee, a CCNE evaluator, and a red Cross liaison leading vital HRSA funded geriatric initiatives.
