Title : Artificial intelligence in healthcare: Innovation with human and ethical sensibility
Abstract:
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare poses an ontological dilemma. This article reflects on the transition from techno-optimistic views of transhumanism to a human-centered clinical application. AI is analyzed not as a substitute for the professional, but as a tool to enhance diagnosis and treatment. Through a dialectical review, the premises of rationality in Descartes and Marx's materialism are contrasted with current paradoxes in robotics. The concept of collaborative justice is introduced to propose an equitable technological governance model. The text highlights that while AI optimizes processes such as telemedicine and drug discovery, the healthcare professional remains the inalienable ethical guarantor. It is concluded that technology with purpose, grounded in autonomy and justice, can strengthen the physician-patient bond in the post-pandemic era.
