Abstract:
Empowering the nursing profession is a strategic investment that directly contributes to the sustainability of the healthcare system and the growth of the state’s economy. Nurses represent the largest segment of the healthcare workforce and play a pivotal role in improving population health, increasing productivity, and reducing long-term healthcare costs. By investing in nursing education, professional development, leadership, and safe working environments, countries can enhance healthcare quality, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen economic resilience. Empowered nurses contribute not only to better health indicators but also to workforce stability, job creation, and national development. This initiative highlights the vital role of nursing empowerment as a cornerstone for economic growth, social stability, and sustainable development in alignment with national and global health strategies.
