Abstract:
This study evaluated the Nursing Emotional Resource Toolkit, designed to support nurse wellbeing and reduce burnout. Over eleven months, surveys showed significant improvements in staff emotional support, work-life balance, and resource effectiveness, with a modest reduction in burnout. The toolkit proved valuable for enhancing staff wellbeing, though ongoing efforts are needed to sustain these benefits.
