Biography:
Kim Elaine Mitchell from Cumberland, MD now lives in Augusta, GA. She is employed as a StaRN Clinical Instructor for HealthTrust, training/mentoring new nursing graduates – https://gostarn.com/programs/. She received an ADN from Allegany College of Maryland (1992), a BSN from the University of Memphis (1997), and an MSN and an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix (2013). Currently, she is finalizing her DNP in Organizational Leadership at Chamberlain University. Her goal is to continue working with the StaRN program and seek a teaching position with a local community/university nursing program or with an online program.
