Biography:
Nakesha Brown, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC, studied at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I graduated from Wayne State University with my BSN in 2006 and my MSN in 2012 with a specialty in adult primary care. I decided to return for my DNP in January 2020 and attend the University of Michigan-Flint. I currently work as an adult primary care nurse practitioner doing telehealth and home visits. I work remotely for an insurance company doing health risk assessments and have been with them for six years. I was recently promoted to lead trainer for new hires during the orientation phase.
