Ms Neha Karle has completed Ph.D in Nursing from JJTU University recognized by UGC 2022.Successfully completed Post certificate in diploma in oncology Nursing and Post Graduation diploma in hospital administration. Currently working as Chief Nursing Services in Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. She has 14 years clinical and 16 years nursing administration, all together total 30 years of profound experience. Represented India as a speaker in 16th International Conference on Oncology Nursing and Cancer Care held in Germany in April 2019, organized by Allied Academies. Research poster was presented on “Assessing the stress level of patient undergoing chemotherapy” in Asian Oncology Nursing Society (AONS) and Chinese Nursing Association in China Beijing in September 2017. She has Presented Research abstract in Critical care Nursing Association Journal Of India, Presented free paper on “Side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs & its management” in 1st International & VIth the National Oncology Nursing Conference and “Role of a Nurse in Cancer Cervix” in Vth National Oncology Nursing Conference. Research paper was presented on “Assessing the stress level of patient undergoing chemotherapy” in ONAI conference. Participated in Panel Discussion on ‘Role of Nursing and challenges faced in ‘Doing It Right Way’’ and ‘Biomedical Waste Guidelines 2008, 2011, 2016’in 5th Annual Conclave on Infection Prevention and Control at Wockhardt Hospital, Mira Road on 8th Dec. 2018. A session on ‘Soft Skill, Stress Management & Prevented Burn Out in ICU Nurses’ was presented in Pre-Conference Nursing Workshop organized by Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel on 31st Jan. 2019.
