Biography:
Shuhong Luo, EdD, MSN, RN, is an assistant professor in College of Nursing, SUNY Upstate Medical University. Luo has been teaching courses in education, research, and informatics at various levels. Luo got her bachelor’s degree from Peking University Health Science Center, Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from University of Nebraska Medical Center, and doctoral degree in Instructional Technologies from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
