This is a staggering doubling from pre-pandemic levels, highlighting the immense strain on our healthcare system's frontline.Burnout doesn't just impact individual well-being; it leads to increased staff turnover, reduced patient satisfaction, and higher healthcare costs. This session explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology can be leveraged to support both Nurse employers and nurses to to detect, measure, treat and prevent burnout.
