Biography:
Jeffrey Hammond is the Director of Nursing at NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP)/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Mr. Hammond completed his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Leeds. He received his Master of Science degree in Information Technology from The University of Nottingham. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from College of New Rochelle. His nursing career has been dedicated to creating healthy work environments, improving quality and developing the next generation of nursing leaders. He has spent 10 years applying Lean concepts in the intensive care unit focused on people development and operational excellence.
