Biography:
Dr. Smith is Professor and Department of Nursing Chair at Baldwin Wallace University. She has taught a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses. Dr. Smith conducts research on education and policy issues and has presented at state, national, and international conferences, including at the STTI Research Congress in Edinburgh and the ICN Congress in Montreal. Dr. Smith's many leadership positions include consulting on teaching with technology at Hung Kuang University in Taiwan.
