Now- a-days more men are enrolling themselves in the field of nursing and there is a foremost drive to remove the stereotype that nurses are women. Presently act and art of caring is a bit not only women understand, but men feel as well. With the current shortage of nurses all over the world, more men are encouraged to join the profession thinking that men nurses can also build up a strong relationship with clients or patients and as well as perform the task which requires physical power more efficiently.
