Nursing practise related to community child and adolescent health will be covered in this unit. Along with developmental assessment, health surveillance, and therapeutic involvement, the theory and practical applications of health appraisal will be examined. The investigation of family partnerships, advocacy, intersectoral collaboration, cultural security, and social justice as part of the scope of practise, professional accountability, competency requirements, and legal and ethical problems specific to child and adolescent health nursing. Standards for quality and safety will be based on national and child and adolescent health.
