Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a general term for plaque buildup in the arteries of the heart that can lead to a heart attack (American Heart Association, 2017). Clients with coronary heart disease problems often experience anxiety and will significantly worsen their heart health conditions (Celano et al., 2016). Anxiety disorders are associated with the onset and progression of heart disease, and in many cases have been associated with cardiovascular disorders, including the incidence of death. Both physiological (autonomic dysfunction, inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, changes in platelet aggregation) and behavioral health mechanisms can explain the relationship between anxiety disorders and coronary heart disease. Therefore, clients with CHD require independent rehabilitation to reduce the problem. The alternative treatment is through rehabilitation of coronary heart disease clients which is an important part of the management of coronary heart disease clients, which aims to prevent side effects from treatment, recurrence and maintain and improve productivity and quality of life (Van Engen-Verheul et al., 2013; (Zhao) et al., 2020). Currently, there are more and more health applications that bring together services between patients/clients and doctors/nurses only through the hand. Medicines can also be sent with online delivery services. Life activities in an increasingly busy world, make current clients want more practical consultations with health applications that use Artificial Intelligence (AI). At the end of the study, a novelty was found, namely the video work "MEDIA EDUCATION OF SELF THERAPY ANXIETY WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE (MD-TEMANKU)" and found that through MD FRIENDS' video, the client was able to carry out relaxation independent of their anxiety.
