Twenty-five indicators will be used to measure patient outcomes categorized in the domains of safety, patient comfort and quality of life, changes in patient knowledge and behavior, patient satisfaction, and joint outcomes such as morbidity and mortality.
Implications: The identification of leadership styles with a positive impact on nursing care performance and patient health outcomes is essential.
